FAQ
Getting your hair and makeup done for your senior portrait session can really make a big difference in your portraits. If you wish to do your own hair and makeup please do not use makeup with shimmer or sparkles, these makeups can cause shine when using a flash. Matt makeup is much better for photography. Please call the studio and I can recommend a hair and makeup person.
Yes the studio offers digital image collections and Ala Cart digital image packs.
Once you book your session, I will send your the link to check to a Guys or Girls Style Guide to help you to choose what to wear.
Yes every image will be artfully edited and retouched. Not to worry you have a say if you want only a small amount of retouching. My goal is to remove blemishes not pores.
There are lots of cool locations in Santa Cruz to pick from. I also travel to custom locations. Please note: there may be a travel fee depending on how far the location is from my studio located in the Seabright Area of Santa Cruz.
Every session includes:
A consultation: in person, Zoom, or by phone.
A fun photo experience where you will be guided in posing and expression.
A in studio Premier of your images on a large screen to view and order. Please note: this is the one time you will see your images so make sure all decision makers are present. Printed portraits and digital images are not included in your session fee.
Prints and Ala cart pricing starts at $450. All pricing will be discussed in your consultation session.
